Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund request is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received the refund after these steps, please contact us at @chakspark.com.
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at @chakspark.com for further instructions.
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is processed, we will send a gift certificate to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
If your return exceeds $75 in value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
